The session provides techniques for individuals and organizations to resolve conflict. Participants will learn crucial conflict management skills , including dealing with anger and the conflict resolution process that the organization or individuals can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. *Available on Tuesday or Thursday, ONLY*
